± Who? What? When? Where? Why?
It's a long story, really, but a general summary seems appropriate ;) The site's name is a wordplay on the song "Oh Danny Boy," which probably would've worked better if I created a Danny Beauchamp tribute, but I felt motivated enough to tweak the phrase a bit :D
The steps that led to the eventual creation of this site include, but are not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, The Fashion Spot, Modelhommes, Boyd Holbrook, Harry Potter, Solange Wilvert, photomanipulation, and much more. Perhaps one day, I'll actually script the entire tale from beginning to end (As well as I can), but for now, the primary cause for this dedication is plain and simple: I'm a fan of Mathias, and I consider that an adequate amount of explanation for this site's existence :)
± Layout Archive
Version 1 was inspired by images of water and ocean waves. Thus, circular and curved forms are abundant throughout the layout, thanks to the Pen and Elliptical Marquee tools in Adobe Photoshop. The navigation consists of a polygonal imagemap, which allows flexibility as to where exact locations on the image itself should link to. The fonts I used graphical-wise were Garamond and Forte MT, whereas Arial encompasses the contents of the pages.
